The media definition of a perfect body image has affected the way our teens see themselves. They always have very skinny models that doesn't look like the average women. It makes teens think that they have to be very skinny to be beautiful and sometimes teens try to fit that body image and becomes ill. You also need to know that no one body is perfect and in magazines most photos are airbrushed so that means that you can't see their imperfections.

No matter what always believe that you are beautiful and no one is perfect. Exercise and eat the right food if you are overweight in order to lose weight. Eat more healthier food if you are underweight. It's that simple. Always be confident in yourself also.
